Blacklist Email in cPanel

  1. Login to your cPanel account.
    www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel
  2. Search for 'Spam Filters' under the EMAIL section.


  3. Inside the Spam Filters, click on 'Show Additional Configuratuons' to expand the advanced setting.


  4. Under the advanced setting, select 'Edit Spam Blacklist Settings'.


  5. Under the 'Edit Spam Blacklist Settings', click 'Add A New "blacklist_from" Item'


  6. Insert the email that you wish to blacklist and click on 'Update Blacklist' button.
